We couldn’t have asked for a better day for Lisa & Patrick’s Boulder Ridge San Jose wedding. The warm sun graciously allowed for a warmer than usual February evening and the rolling hill views went as far as the eye can see. Together with their loved ones, Lisa and Patrick were finally able to say their i do’s and have the celebration they had been so paitently waiting for.

About The Couple

Lisa and Patrick met as most modern couples do; online via a dating app. They matched on Tinder and had their first date at a coffee shop. They instandlty hit it off and chatted for hours! Lisa told Patrick that he had to win the approval of her beloved dog, Jefferey, in order for things to work out. Thankfully Jefferey was a big fan of Patrick!

How He Asked. Lisa and Patrick took a trip to the Philippines. Patrick planned to pop the question on the trip, and was super nervous about checking his bag for the long flight with the ring inside. One evening, the couple had a romanctic, ocean-frontsunset dinner when Patrick asked the chef to take a photo of them. Patrick got down on one knee, opened the box, and totally forgot his entire speech. Lisa didn’t know what to do so she reached for the ring. Patrick gave up on remember his speech and asked Lisa to marry him. Lisa was so excited to share the news with her loved ones, but its was midnight back home, so she had to paitently overnight for her loved ones to wake up and hear the big news!

Lisa and Patrick, what an honor it was to capture your Boulder Ridge wedding. I was so happy to see you two finally have your big day of celebration after postponing and waiting for what seemed like forever. Your wedding day was such a blast! From hanging out with Lisa and her ladies in the morning, to witnessing your emotional first look, to seeing you two strut down the aisle as husband and wife- I have so many favorite memories from the day. I can’t wait to see what amazing things the future holds for you two (and Jefferey!). Congrats again!
