Castro Valley Wedding
If there is anyone who deserved a happily-ever-after after this crazy year, it’s Jamie and Abe. Both are essential workers who tirelessly worked for their community while raising two young boys- all the year that they were supposed to be tying the knot. The pair ended up eloping on a gorgeous Carmel beach last Fall but longed to share the celebration with the rest of their nearest and dearest. I’m happy to report that their Castro Valley sequel wedding was an absolutely stunning day filled with so much love and laughter!
About The Couple
How He Asked- After hitting all so many major life milestones together including purchasing a family home and welcoming two incredibly cute boys into the world (one on the way at the time), Abe knew it was only a matter of time before he asked for Jamie’s hand in marriage. A few Springs ago, the pair went on a family vacation to Disneyland, and Abe knew this would be the perfect time. Abe spotted a photographer nearby and asked if they didn’t mind snapping a photo of him and Jamie while on their vacation. Then, just as the helper was about to take the photo, Abe knelt down on one knee in front of a beautiful carousel and told Jamie that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. Jamie was in such shock and disbelief at the time that she actually ran away! But don’t worry- she came back and said yes!
Jamie & Abe
I can’t say this enough- it’s been such an honor to document your family’s growth over these past several years. From your sweet SF engagement session (right after Romeo came into the world!), to your adorable family session where the boys totally stole the spotlight, to your intimate beach elopement, and now to your wedding day- I can’t say it without tearing up that it’s been a joy to be there for you. I’m so glad you two got the big bash you had been so patiently waiting for. I must say my favorite part of the day was Jamie’s “F*ck Yeah!” when asked at the alter if she would take your hand in marriage. What an epic moment! I can’t wait to see what amazing new things the future holds for you two and your family. Thank you again and congrats!!
Client’s Love Note
“Corinna is heaven sent, and working with her over the last few years has been an absolute dream. After first contacting her, Corinna was quick to schedule a virtual meeting for us to meet. In our visit, she was incredibly detailed and receptive to all my questions. Not too long after, Corinna sent my now husband and I a beautiful photographer booklet with an ‘about me’, reviews, pictures, tips and tricks for all things wedding. Additionally, she gifted us vow books to use on our big day- which we did! Unfortunately, my wedding was postponed several times due to Covid-19, and with each and every postponement, Corinna made sure she was available to me, sharing with me her schedule and made rescheduling easy and stress-free. Corinna is professional, dedicated, hardworking and has the most incredible vision, making your most special moments come to life. Not only has Corinna captured both of my weddings- one reception and a small, intimate ceremony- but she has also photographed my family portraits with my two young boys. She treated them as they if they were her own. I look forward to continue working with Corinna in the future and would recommend her above and beyond. If you are a future bride, please work with Corinna. She will make your most special day that much more amazing.”
